Built a shopping app with branch-aware catalogues and real-time cart sync over Socket.IO. Orders connect directly to each branch’s live stock, with push notifications for order updates.

Took Flutter beyond the phone with a tablet and desktop point-of-sale client for barcode checkout, receipts and shift management. Live sales reporting syncs across every branch in real time.

Shipped four role-based Flutter apps (customer, vendor, driver and admin) that share live location, orders and payments in real time. Multi-role auth and FCM notifications keep every party in sync, and all four reached production within six months.
